Mental Health is the foundation of how we build E.A.TO,W ecosystems. We have mental health experts and several experts in other areas where women are most vulnerable. There is combined 93 years of experience between us all here at. E.A.T.O.W at senior level. The first part of an emotional awareness journey is learning the vocabulary, collaborating and understanding the conversations that are important to our audience.

Emotion is the beginning, middle and end of everything we do at E.A.T.O.W

We work with, charitable, private, commercial, public organisations and individuals across the globe including UK, Nigeria, Ghana and USA, we believe in social justice along with the power of the voice. It is imperative needs are met which add deep value in women’s lives. We understand the value of mental health on every project we get involved in because we understand the impact of:

  • Anxiety
  • Bullying
  • Depression
  • Domestic Abuse
  • Education
  • Mental Health
  • Self-Worth
  • Sexual Abuse

We have conversations , workshops, events about what resilience looks like from a African community prespectivre —looking at nuances versus a blanket statement about resilience. We understangd the danger and impact of forced resilience: when you expect a person, without them saying where they are, to “man up.” And while we have the knowledge what really ties our brand to the community
