Provides support to women who have faced challenges as a direct result of Covid-19. The Not-for-profit also supports women who would face discrimination/disadvantages in their personal and professional growth if targeted support services were not made available to them.
To provide women from disadvantaged backgrounds with the opportunity and support to thrive
To create affordable training and development opportunities with real social impact (through match-funded activities)
To support women with their career and business aspirations
To reduce poverty by creating employment and business start-up/progression
To support equality in society
To encourage women in the boardroom
To create access to opportunities that would not be possible due to financial barrier
To support women who are facing redundancy/unemployment to explore other opportunities/business/education
To support women in business, leadership and careers affected by Covid-19, as part of the social recovery planning
